Exciting opportunity for a Contracts & Pricing Manager to join a global organization. This company has a presence in more that 80 countries around the world and a leader in its field.

The main objective of this role will be to manage business agreements and relationships with the tender board. You will manage a team of pricing and contract specialists to develop and own the pricing and contracts function for the company.

About the role:

  • Develop and manage business strategies.
  • Provide recommendations to corporate accounts on pricing and rebate strategies for future agreements.
  • Manage market trends and new business tenders.
  • Develop monthly and quarterly performance review cycles.
  • Analyse market trends and sales potential to prepare sales forecasts to assist with planning
  • Prepare working budgets
  • Lead the negotiations with renewals and new business tenders
  • Develop monthly and quarterly performance review cycles

About you:

  • Strong commercial finance background
  • Relationship management and negotiations
  • Experience in people management essential
  • Experience in navigating government policies to achieve business outcomes in the medical industry
