Our client is the world-leader in the application of on-line real-time measurement technology for bulk materials. The application of their products is principally in the resource sector.

An exciting role is available for an experienced Contracts Administrator/Contract Manager to provide effective and efficient management of all contracts to maximise revenue and ensure total client satisfaction with the project.

Key responsibilities:

  • Review tender documentation - technical, manufacturing and commercial issues.
  • Establish and maintain project master and job costing files for all projects.
  • Prepare and issue Project Management Plans, Quality Plans and Inspection & Test Plans
  • Liaise and monitor progress of projects to contract conditions.
  • Ensuring invoicing of projects is in accordance with the contract conditions.
  • Be the primary point of contact for project and warranty issues.
  • Carry out special projects as assigned, including any necessary site meetings.
  • Liaise with internal and external international stakeholders
  • Management of contract related banking/ finance requirements.
  • Management of product shipments, liaise with freight agents to coordinate shipments.
  • Formal and Informal reports to internal departments
  • Maximising profit on projects.
  • Compliance with general conditions of orders/ contracts.

The successful applicant will require:

  • Proactive with good time management and organisation.
  • Broad knowledge of international business, Bank Guarantees and Letters of Credit.
  • Competent use of MS Office suite and MS Project.
  • Understanding of Incoterms
  • Friendly, professional and positive attitude.
  • Team oriented and able to work autonomously.
  • Must have a valid car driver’s licence.
  • Good communication skills
