The Contracts Administrator role ensures that integrity and accuracy is maintained in processing orders; invoicing customers; setting up new contracts and maintaining databases and information flow to key stakeholders; it is a critical position within the administration team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Order Processing Function is completed on a daily basis
  • Check all Sales Orders
  • Check that sales paperwork provide by sales staff is correct and complete prior to processing
  • Check Stock On Hand prior to ordering from suppliers
  • Processing Order
  • Invoice Customer for COD, CASH, D&C Deals
  • Invoice Berwicks Finance Division for Internal Rental Contracts
  • Set-Up Equipment Master File
  • Match-Up and Cross Check:
    • Commission Sheet
    • Purchase Order
    • Supplier Delivery Docket
    • Supplier Invoice
  • Process rental invoices at new rates as per contract
  • Filing Of Documents

Skills and Experience:

  • Analytical skills, very good judgment, decision making
