The Victorian construction industry is continuing a sustained period of growth across many different industry sectors and the demand for construction professionals with skills as a Contracts Administrator has never been higher. We currently have many roles available for individuals at intermediate to senior level for individuals with tertiary qualifications in building/construction and proven experience over several years in the commercial building sector.

We are interested in speaking with individuals with the follwoing core skills:

  • Subcontract Letting (Scheduling, Subcontract package tendering, Vetting and analysis, Negotiation, Subcontract scope compilation and Orders)
  • Head Contract Management (Knowledge of clauses relating to EOT’s, variations & claims, Head Contract Variation Management & Cash Flow Management)
  • Subcontract Management ( Assessment of Progress Claims, Variation Management)
  • Cost Reporting (Monthly Reports and Budget Tracking)

Builders are seeking candidates with tertiary qualifications within construction coupled with proven experience within the commercial building sector in a CA capacity in Australia. Demonstrated experience in construction specific cost management software such as CHEOPS, Jobpac, Levesys or similar is essential.
