This national builder is one of the most impressive and innovative builders operating in Australia with a history spanning 50+ years. They have built up up an ever increasing portfolio of projects and have a track record in delivering high spec, complex commercial projects for Private, State and Federal Government Clients in sectors including Commercial, Aged Care, High Technology, FMCG, Retail and more.

With two projects starting in the field in the second quarter of 2019 they are seeking to supplement their Contracts Management team with the appointment of two accomplished CA’s to work on these new high spec projects for government clients. As a CA within this group your core skills and experience will include:

  • Undertake job costing and set up
  • Assist in Design Management and Value Engineering
  • Procure, package and negotiate sub-contracts through to final account
  • Administration of all claims, variations, progress payments and contract correspondence
  • Strong budget management and reporting
  • Accurate preparation of monthly management reports
  • Liaison with Clients, Architects, Engineers & other Project Stakeholders

This is an excellent opportunity to join a market leading group that are a stalwart of the Australian construction sector, yet with a growing presence in Victoria. It is envisaged that applicants will have substantial contracts administration experience within Melbourne, on medium to large scale projects, and be tertiary qualified. Salary packages in the $100k-$130k range available, dependent upon experience.
