This employer has a history locally spanning a decade or more and is continuing to grow going toe to toe with some of the larger Tier Two builders and winning an impressive portfolio of works. Projects currently underway include new build projects across Commercial, Industrial, Health Sciences and Retail sectors from $5m right through to the value of $40m. With a dynamic management team with unrivalled pedigree within the Victorian construction industry they have an impressive portfolio of repeat projects taking them well into 2020.

Due to recent project wins they are now seeking a candidate with solid workplace experience within the commercial construction sector, either in a Project Co-ordinator or Contract Administration capacity. In this role you will be working hand in hand with the Project Manager and Site Supervisor, providing a critical role in the successful completion of commercial build projects. With opportunities to get exposure on site you your core duties will include:

  • Assisting in Value Management/Engineering
  • Undertaking job costing and setup
  • Budgeting and cost control
  • Vetting and letting of contracts
  • Processing RFI’s & EOT’s
  • Liaison with Clients, Architects, Engineers & Regulatory Authorities
