This employer is one of the newer names within Melbourne construction, but has quickly made its mark is now going toe to toe with some of the larger Tier Two builders and winning an impressive portfolio of works. Projects currently underway include new build and refurbishment projects across Commercial, Industrial, Apartment & Retail sectors to the value of $20m.

In this key CA role your key accountabilities will include:

  • Implementation and management of financial & contractual processes on the project
  • Implementation of standard procedures, including management of Risk And Opportunity aspects of the project including programming & procurement schedules
  • Monitor all aspects of the project to ensure compliance with the Contractor, including preparation of all contractual correspondence
  • Co-ordination and managmeent of documentation and liaison with Architects, Superintendents and other project stakeholders.

In terms of experience you should have a track record over 2 or more years administering commercial build projects within Victoria, ideally with a Tier Two or Three employer. With medium term career options in Commercial Management or Project Managementthis is a great career opportunity with a emerging force in the commercial sector within Melbourne. A salary package up to the value of $130k is available.
