They have a very experienced senior management team in the business. This company have built their reputation on delivering projects on time and under budget. They have a strong focus on staff retention and building teams that work collaboratively with the client and their subcontractors whilst still remaining focused on their desired company outcome. They have given the green light on a $65M luxury apartment project and need of an experienced Contracts Administrator to join the project team.
Your job
To be successful in this role you will have 5+ yrs experience as a Contracts Administrator on medium/high-rise residential or commerical developments. You will have been exposed to mid-tier projects over $30m+. You will be an aspiring PM and candidates should be able to demonstrate a proven track record of longevity and tenure with previous companies.

Your Experience and Qualifications
- Relevant Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Engineering tertiary qualification
- Confidence in your abilities to communicate with Senior Management and subcontractors alike
- Have the ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a team
- The ability to write a detailed scope of works
- Intimate knowledge of Qld Construction legislation
- Experience with head contract and subcontract negotiation skills
- Willing to take the lead and manage a Jr CA
