    Exciting new opportunity to be involved in a large Sydney project, responsible for administering the issuing out of vendor tender requests, collecting and assessing the responses and supporting the establishment of vendor subcontracts.


    The key responsibilities of the Contracts Administrator include:

    • Lead the preparation and issuing of tender packs to vendors
    • Collect back and record vendors’ responses
    • Timely follow-up of queries and issues
    • Assessment of comparable vendor submissions
    • Support the negotiation and establishment of contracts
    • Provide regular operational updates
    • Strive to meet client requirements
    • Comply with our Risk Management, Quality and Health, Safety and Environment management systems, including statutory obligations.

    As Contracts Administrator the ideal candidate should have:

    • Minimum 2 years site, contract administration or data management experience
    • Minimum intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
    • Previous exposure to vendor management
    • Diploma or certificate in business administration or similar is advantageous
