job description

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience 2-4 years ideally in residential markets
  • Immaculate organisational skills and ability to work closely with Project Manager
  • Good industry knowledge and experience working with main contractor and on site
  • Strong financial management and documentation experience

Due to growth and winning another project a smaller construction company but with the processes and business and commercial acumen of a Top Tier builder is looking for their latest CA. Ideally you will have worked on residential projects up to $25m and want to join a highly regarded construction company immediately. A degree in Construction Management or Engineering will be ideal, as will the long-term goal of wanting to stay with a company and progress through to more senior roles and eventually into Project Management. The role will be based on site and in the Sutherland Shire.
