Your new company: is a leading global company that provides a full range of environmental services. Your new role will be to provide support to the business by managing the Operations Admin team and manage the Contracts Admin function.

Some of your main responsibilities will include:

Contracts Administration

  • Review agreements and ensure SSET form is aligned in order to setup new contract
  • Review and audit contracts due for renewal and prepare renewal / escalation letter generation
  • Generate contract invoices and issue credit notes to customers
  • Assist in new contract mobilization
  • Warranty contract setup with required projects review
  • Generation and analysis of various contracts related reports as required by the busines
  • Generation and review of Open Calls PM Budget vs Actual to ensure all PM’s are completed within the period with allocated number of hours
  • Maintenance of all contract related documents

Operations

  • Assist and manage the Operations admin team
  • Monitor and liaise with ESM to ensure KPI’s are met
  • Monitoring and ensuring efficient workflows
  • Liaising with clients, supplier and service providers
  • Manage escalations and complaints where required

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Strong background in contracts administration (essential)
  • Minimum 2-5 years experience in a similar role
  • Administration experience
  • Experience in a call centre environment (preferred)
  • Experience in a labour management/dispatch role (preferred)
