IT Contract Analyst is currently required for a 6 months contract with an option to extend for another 6 months. The primary purpose of the Contracts Analyst is to support the IT Business Manager with the effective and proactive management ofIT vendors and contracts including reviewing and executing vendor contracts (End User License Agreements (EULA's), Service Agreements and Terms and Conditions), building and maintaining collaborative relationships with ICS vendors and providing IT contracts/commercial advice and support

Key considerations for responsibilities:

• Coordinate the review and execution of a range of contractual arrangements for a diverse portfolio of services including hardware, software, maintenance/support and managed services; analysing clauses, stipulations, obligations and liabilities; ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory obligations.
• Support the timely delivery of RFT/RFP/RFQ activities by providing commercial advice to ICS stakeholders, engaging with Procurement, Legal and Finance, and playing an active role in contract negotiations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with ICS vendors to coordinate vendor onboard/offboarding, set performance and engagement expectations, identify areas of improvement and drive better ways of working between ICS and vendors.

To be successful in this position you will be an experienced Contract Analyst who has demonstrated experience in IT procurement and contract management. You will also have demonstrated experience in managing vendor relationships. Excellent communication skills are a must
