job description

A NSW government organisation located in Liverpool is seeking contact centre professionals to join their busy team. Previous experience working in a contact centre will be highly regarded as will demonstrated customer service skills.

You need to be computer savvy, be a confident communication over the phone, and possess a willingness to assist vulnerable members of the community. No sales required but you will need empathy, patience and perseverance to succeed in this role.

Your new role

* Data entry, records management and other administration tasks

* Answering Inbound phone calls

* Outbound Calls to existing clients

* Completing Customer Surveys

* Welfare calls to clients

Must have:

Strong communication skills - in person and over the phone

Strong customer service skills

Ability to multi-task and prioritise

Ability to navigate technology systems (intermediate) - training provided

Previous experience with Microsoft outlook, Word, Excel etc
