Randstad's Business Support Team are currently on the look out for Contact Centre Team Leaders for exciting new opportunities in 2019.

  • Previous experience leading and developing a team in a customer service Contact Centre environment
  • Managing incoming customer contact in a telephone intake setting which can include handling difficult conversations and escalated enquiries
  • Communicating effectively with people from a wide range of cultural and social backgrounds, and managing unreasonable client conduct
  • Strong leadership and organisation skills to ensure deadlines and objectives are met
  • The ability to prioritise multiple tasks, projects and conflicting deadlines
  • Developing and maintaining good relationships with team members and internal and external stakeholders
  • Categorising cases by applying a formal framework
  • Identifying, escalating and managing risks
  • Ensuring efficient and accurate recording of information
  • Managing own work responsibilities and workload in a timely and efficient manner.

Eligibility
The successful candidate must have Australian working rights, have 1 year + experience in a similar role and be available to work full time.
