Our client are a high energy, passionate and dedicated business that really value their employees. Head office is based in Brisbane but this role in particular is based in the heart of the Gold Coast.

With a strong team based on the Gold Coast and double digit growth expected for 2019, this company really needs someone who can come in and take the reigns in their Gold Coast site in this newly created position.

The company are leading the way in the industry of digital marketing; SEO and Google Adwords. Boasting a business partnership like no other, they truly are a high growth company with the feel of a start-up.

The role

This job is not like your standard 9-5 job. It requires passion, enthusiasm and a great deal of energy. It will see you leading a team that are working in the outbound sales contact centre environment, so a background management in contact centres is preferred.

With outbound calls nationally and to New Zealand, you will be required to educate, motivate and upskill your staff to reach their peak. You will be proactive and take the initiative to implement new ideas and pitch for resources that you see will improve the business.

About you

You have been working in a management role for a contact centre recently. Being hands-on is your natural style of management and you don't shy away from hard-work. Ideally you will have knowledge of adwords and will be able to articulate this. Your energy and ability to motivate people to drive sales, will be paramount to your success in this position. Experience working in the digital marketing industry would be preferred, or a desire to learn would be essential.

Ideally you will have:

  • Minimum 5 yrs experience in a similar role in a call centre (required)
  • Digital marketing/Adwords experience preferred
  • ABility to manage over 25+ sales agents
  • Demonstrated experience in managing B2B customer service (preferably phone based)
  • Ablity to multi-task
  • Exceptional time-management skills
  • Effective communication skills
