Your New Position

  • Respond to all customer enquiries and engage with customers effectively
  • Provide exceptional customer service on behalf of contact centres clients
  • Handle all inbound calls with empathy and provide solutions to resolve problems
  • Prioritise and exceed KPI targets in a fast paced environment.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Passionate about customer service and ability to demonstrate empathy
  • Comfortably work and meet targets in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to undertake multiple tasks whilst actively listening to resolve customer needs
  • Demonstrate competent computer skills
  • Minimum of 2 years in customer service experience, contact centre experience desired
  • Excellent verbal and written communication to engage and build relationships
  • Energetic and willingness to achieve results.
