About Your New Role
Step into a vital role as a labourer and be the backbone of our operations! You'll ensure our job sites run like clockwork, playing a key part in cleaning and prepping construction areas, managing equipment, removing debris, digging trenches, and even operating heavy machinery when needed. This is your chance to work alongside a fantastic team, where your focus on safety and teamwork will shine. Plus, bring your expertise in civil construction, maintenance, or infrastructure labouring to make every project a success!
What You’ll Need
You will have prior experience in a similar role, be reliable and take pride in your work.
- Previous experience in a civil or construction environment
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
- White Card (Work Safety in the Construction Industry)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
- A strong sense of teamwork and commitment to safety, ensuring all work adheres to site safety procedures
Desirable:
- Grader Operations experience
- MR License
- Traffic Control qualifications
- Asphalt experience, especially as a Flocon operator
- Carpentry or concreting skills
