Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to strict safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist in producing and/or batching concrete elements.
- Perform manual lifting and carrying of heavy materials.
- Operate hand and power tools with safety and efficiency.
- Follow supervisor instructions and contribute to a collaborative team effort.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a labouring role is a plus but not required.
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
- Basic understanding of construction site operations and safety.
- Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality.
- Team player with the ability to follow instructions.
- White Card (Construction Induction Card) and valid driver’s license preferred.
- Forklift ticket is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Valid Australian working rights
- Undertake a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol as part of the onboarding process.
