Your new role
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will drive business growth by engaging with existing and potential clients through phone calls to identify new opportunities in lending, refinancing, asset finance, and insurance. This is a permanent position with fantastic career progression. We are looking for an energetic and confident communicator who will always put the customer first.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
... - Conduct 10-20 phone calls per day to existing clients with the aim of uncovering new business opportunities, including lending, restructuring, asset finance, and insurance.
- Reach out to new clients and follow up on leads generated through various
business channels such as partnerships, concierge, and marketing efforts.
- Outbound warm leads into business using call templates.
- Create and update leads in CRM system after formal allocation.
- Emailing/booking client calls/meeting with Brokers.
Your skills and experience
- Ideal candidate will have prior experience of working within a bank or another finance brokerage and have an understanding of either residential or commercial loans.
- Previous experience within a client relationship management role
- Sales background
- Strong track record of exceeding performance metrics
- You’re tech savvy and can pick up new systems easily
- You’re great at building and maintaining relationships.
- Australian citizen or permanent resident
