Compliance and Governance Manager


Are you looking for an opportunity to work autonomously with broad exposure across the business? If so, this may be the role for you. The primary mission is to work closely with business stakeholders to monitor and report compliance activities and improve compliance outcomes. You will be from a highly regulated industry with demonstrated experience in compliance. As this role includes 2 direct reports you will have strong coaching/mentoring skills.

Your role as Compliance and Governance Manager includes the following responsibilities:

The Role

  • Develop, update and implement a relevant and effective compliance management framework
  • Develop and maintain appropriate compliance policies
  • Continual review and audit of compliance processes
  • Build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Two direct reports


  • Relevant qualifications at tertiary level
  • 6 years’ experience in compliance
  • Demonstrated experience in working within a highly regulated environment
  • Ability to influence and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
