About the role
We are currently seeking multiple Complaints Officers. In this role, you will be required to:
- Receiving and managing complaints from members of the public, these can include over the phone, in person or in writing
- Case management of complaints, monitoring the complaint throughout the process
- Assessing and categorising complaints, investigating information as required, and determining the next steps in the process
- Preparing draft recommendations
Skills and Experience
- Strong communication skills and resilience, including communicating effectively with stakeholders, including people from a wide range of cultural and social backgrounds in challenging circumstances.
- Experience working within the healthcare sector, or with vulnerable clientele is essential
- The capability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with team members, staff, and other stakeholders
- The skills to manage responsibilities and workload in a timely and efficient manner
- Exceptional report writing skills
- Good judgement for assessing risk and associated decision-making
Successful applicants will be required to undergo pre-employment integrity checks including a National Police Criminal Check and two viable reference checks.
