- Salary: Competitive salary ranging from $81,000 - $108,000 dependent on experience, plus super and penalties

About the role:
The role involves a range of specialist mental health interventions within a multidisciplinary team including triage, comprehensive assessments, risk assessments, clinical formulation, management of risks and safety planning, brief psycho-education and close liaison with all relevant stakeholders as part of collaborative care and discharge planning. This role gives you the opportunity to continue to enhance and develop your skills and experience to make a positive difference in people's lives.
Working 8-8.5 hour shifts over a 5 or 7 day rotating roster with a supportive team, this role offers many opportunities for growth including, but not limited to, filling senior roles such as Associate Nurse Unit Manager positions and consultancy nursing or stepping into "acting" roles for durations of leave. Alternatively, if your preference is more suited to a hospital based Acute Inpatient Mental Health Unit then please apply as we also have roles in this area.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with current AHPRA registration
- A postgraduate qualification in Mental Health (or willingness to enroll - where your study will be supported)
- Minimum of 2 years experience working within a Mental Health community and/or in-patient acute setting with experience in providing Mental Health interventions within the community, comprehensive mental health assessments, risk assessment, safety planning and the provision of collaborative care and discharge planning.
Compliance Requirements:
- Must have full Australian Working Rights
- National Police Certificate, Working with Children Check and NDIS workers screening check (or ability to obtain)
- Relevant vaccination and immunisations
- Full Australian Driver’s License
