As a Communications Coordinator you will develop all the communications to support a change program and continuous improvement and to ensure staff are informed and actively engaged in organisational priorities and challenges.
The Communications Coordinator will:
  • Develop Communications plan
  • Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure deliverable reflect best practice
  • Work with the business to identify appropriate communications
  • Attend workshops where necessary with stakeholders and team members
  • Create clear and detailed communications
  • Work with the Communications Lead and Program Change Manager
  • Attend all mandatory meetings.
The successful candidate for the role will be an experienced communications analyst with exceptional communication skills with an exposure to projects and organisational change.
Specific requirements include:
  • Strong skills in emails, posters, videos, and other internal communication methods
  • Experience working autonomously and with a team
  • Demonstrated strength in business stakeholder engagement;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of competence in project and process related tools, including MS Office
  • Strong communication
  • Strong, concise documentation skills, reporting and presentation skill
  • Follow company processes, industry best practices and internal procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills
  • Ability to effectively present information
  • Ability to work well under pressure
