Duties

• Contributing to a team delivering timely, innovative, efficient and evidence-based communications and engagement strategies, plans, content and activities.
• Developing, implementing and monitoring targeted communication and engagement plans.
• Managing internal and external communications and engagement channels.
• Utilizing reporting metrics to review the impact of communication and engagement approaches, identifying areas of overlap and key gaps to refine and improve plans/strategies.
• Implementing a communications and engagement business partnering model and producing
• content for communication channels and platforms including the organizations website, Ministerial and Executive Briefings, event materials and social media.
• Coordinating delivery across the division including capturing feedback, measuring effectiveness of activities and strategies, including identifying associated risks and trends.

To be successful in this role you must hold:
* A tertiary qualification in Communications / Media / Journalism / Public Relations
* Minimum 3 years experience in communications is essential.
* Is able to demonstrate their passion and great skill in communicating in a face paced environment.
* Previous government experience is highly valued
