The Randstad Procurement, Contracts & Supply Chain team are currently working with a Victorian Government organisation to recruit for an experienced Commercial Manager.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a high standard of procurement and contracts management across the project.
- Liaising with senior project stakeholders to deliver commercial outcomes.
- Anticipating and mitigating supply chain risk.
- Leading key commercial negotiations and ensuring true partnership is achieved with your suppliers.
- Providing a high level of stakeholder engagement with internal customers, and demonstrating superior relationship management and influencing skills with external parties.
- Administer contracts associated with the delivery and future operation of the project.
- Develop and draft contractual and procurement documentation, preparing briefs and providing adhoc commercial advice.
Key requirements include:
- An in depth level of procurement experience and understanding from an infrastructure or government environment.
- You will be an outcome focused professional, passionate about delivering excellence in contemporary procurement and project outcomes.
- You will ideally have experience in a large consulting firm.
