2. Deliver financial and managerial reports, including production, analysis, and actioning of monthly management, operational, and Board reporting.
3. Contribute to business packs and materials to prepare and inform business cases.
4. Identify performance opportunities through data analysis and provide insights to Directors and leadership teams.
5. Support planning and reforecasting processes, ensuring adequate rigour and challenge for Divisions.
6. Execute process improvements within the operating rhythm, team, and reporting.
7. Create and update financial models to support business initiatives, focusing on process improvements and commercial insights.
8. Understand financial implications and risks of projects, contracts, and initiatives, and educate stakeholders on these.
9. Liaise with key stakeholders within Support, Corporate Finance, Group Finance, Data Analytics & Insights, and the wider business to ensure the effective delivery of key objectives.

Qualifications and Experience
- Formal qualifications in a relevant area and/or CA/CPA accreditation.
- 3+ years of experience in a finance role within a comparable organization.
- Strong self-awareness and personal effectiveness.
Preferred:
- Experience with TM1, PowerBI, or similar analytics tools.
- Familiarity with the Financial Services industry and knowledge of current and emerging trends.
