About the Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this newly created Commercial Finance Manager position will play a critical role supporting the ANZ finance function. You'll lead financial planning and analysis, cash flow management, and provide business partnering support to improve performance across operations, sales, and marketing. Your key deliverables will include:
- Oversee financial operations across ANZ, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Lead and mentor a finance team based in Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
- Partner with sales, operations, and marketing teams to evaluate commercial opportunities and improve profitability.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify cost-saving initiatives and areas for operational improvement.
- Support leadership in key business decisions, using financial data to drive long-term growth strategies.
Ideal Profile
- You will be CA/CPA qualified, coupled with 5+ years industry experience.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to engage and influence both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships across departments.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with NetSuite is highly advantageous.
