As a renowned global leader, our client is currently rapidly expanding. Due to this we are currently seeking 9 experienced Collection Team Leaders to join their team in Melbourne on the 14th of October
Your New Role
As the Collections Team Leader, you’ll play a pivotal role to the wider team and key clients, ensuring smooth call taking and team leading operations. This permanent full-time role will commence on the 14th of October
Your main responsibilities will include:
... - Manage individual team members’ and overall team’s targets on monthly basis
- Assist the team with payment collections through inbound and outbound calls
- Coach and provide feedback to improve collections month over month
- Review daily reports and identify root cause for low performance and remediate
- Leads a team of 12- 20 collectors and assist in motivating them to achieve individual and team targets
- Floor walks regularly per day to supervise, coordinate, and monitor the activities
- Interacting with the clients (as and when needed)
- Participate in call calibration sessions, adhoc trainings and reviews as designed by the
- clients.

About You
- Previous call centre leadership experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Self-driven with the ability to work both independently and in a team
