They are based in the Chullora region, giving you an opportunity to work close to home. With recent growth within the business, they require an Administration officer /All rounder to support their busy team. This is a permanent opportunity working full time hours, Monday to Friday.Some of your main responsibilities will include:Processing weekly sales, collections, adjustments, inventory etc., in accordance with Company Store programme.Administrative duties – providing seamless administration support to the team and Project ManagerArranging hire equipmentDevelop, implement and monitor office systems, procedures and methods, adapting processes as required to facilitate efficient team/business operationsSubcontractor managementLiaising with trades people, contractors and suppliersManage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assignedProcessing OrdersInvoicingYour profile will demonstrate:Good time management and organisational skills.Ability to prioritise and deal with several tasks at once.Experience in areas such as administration of operations or liaising with technicians and contractors etcWilling to work flexible hours to suit business requirementsCapacity to multi-task and work autonomouslyIf you are looking for a role you can stay in long term, grow your experience and be rewarded with an exciting experience this is the role for you.
