Key duties:

• Negotiating with customers to agree on suitable payment arrangements
• Resolving complaints to achieve payment solutions
• Providing helpful advice and consistent information/education
• Provide excellent service at all times in line with procedures

Skills/experience required:

• Experience working in high volume contact center environments
• A successful track record of managing debt collections is highly advantageous
• Excellent communication skills and ability to give complex information in a digestible format
• Able to work on rotating shifts Monday-Saturday 8am-6pm
• Can undergo a criminal history check to be successful for the role
