Our client is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with extensive knowledge of Coffee.

The role:

This Wollongong based organisation has an exciting Permanent opportunity for an energetic Sales Representative who is ready to maintain existing relationships with clients and develop new ones.

This role has a large focus on sales as well as offering exceptional training experiences for new and
seasoned baristas.

You will be required to:

• Find new clients to partner with the organisation- Sales & Business Development
• Maintain and service existing clients and deliver the coffee knowledge they need
• Deliver training experiences with partners based on coffee standards
• Have a thorough understanding of coffee equipment so that you may know the machinery inside out
• Communicate with customers including managing all inbound sales calls and responding to enquiries, regular visits and calls to monitor progress and being first point of contact for trouble-shooting and calling in tech back-up if required
• Report directly to the Head of Coffee

Criteria:

• Professional barista experience
• Extensive knowledge of Coffee
• Business Development/ Sales Experience
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Drivers Licence
