Key Responsibilities:

• Cloud Infrastructure Maintenance and Support: Ensure the reliability and performance of Azure and AWS cloud environments through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Technical Design and Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of innovative cloud projects that support the agency’s strategic objectives.
• Ongoing Infrastructure Support: Provide ongoing support for cloud infrastructure, including updates, configuration optimisation, and resource management.
• Tenancy Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of cloud tenancies, offering insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Code and Script Development: Develop and maintain scripts and code in languages such as JavaScript, PowerShell, and Python to automate and optimise cloud operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• NV1 clearance ESSENTIAL
• AWS and/or Azure certifications are essential
• Extensive experience in the design, implementation, and support of AWS and/or Microsoft Azure cloud technologies
• Proven experience in automating cloud infrastructure provisioning and management
• Strong skills in JavaScript, PowerShell, and Python
