Clinical Risk and Compliance Manager- Hospital

This leading, reputable and large Non for Profit Hospital is looking for Clinical Risk and Compliance Manager to join their team in this brand new role. You will be located on the beautiful Queensland Coast, close to the beach and living in a large coastal and affordable ‘city’. The role

Reporting to the Manager, Clinical Governance as the Clinical Risk and Compliance Manager you will lead and coordinate the development of the clinical risk, compliance and quality activities across the organisation. This position is responsible for the management and evaluation of quality processes, clinical outcome, and associated data/indicators in addition to the management of the organisation’s Quality Management System (QMS).

About you

  • Bachelor of Nursing (AHPRA Registration)
  • Masters of Post Graduate Qualifications in Quality/Continuous Improvement/ Clinical Risk Management (Desirable)
  • Knowledge and experience in successfully managing quality improvement and accreditation programs within the healthcare sector
  • Demonstrated Data management analysis skills
  • Demonstrated experience in Project and Change Management within a healthcare setting
  • Demonstrated experience managing small team’s and a basic knowledge and understand of human resource related processed and protocols
