This leading and reputable aged care provider in NT is looking for their next leader. Are you the one we are looking for? This facility, based in Alice Springs is seeking a senior RN, or aged care clinical leader who is looking for their next challenge. The role

Reporting to, and supporting the Residential Services Manager, you will provide clinical oversight and leadership to ensure compliance, service excellence to residents and the performance of your team. Responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee day to day clinical operations both on the floor and the back end (administatration)
  • Providing clinical direction, mentoring and training to the team of nurses, carers and support staff
    • Providing support and guidance to two other facilities in Alice Springs
  • Ensuring compliance with all clinical paperwork, ACFI, Care plans and legislation
  • Help to identify improvements in close partnership with the Residential Manager
  • Provide support with tours and admissions process

About you

  • Senior RN with significant aged care experience
  • Experience with accreditation would be an advantage, at any level
  • ACFI knowledge and awareness
  • Current AHPRA registration as a RN
  • Current flu vaccination and unrestricted drivers licence
  • Police check - or willingness to undergo one
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity with regards to indigenous persons
  • Excellent initiative, and people skills
