Rate of pay: $100 - $115k + Super
Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5
Location: 4km from Gosford, NSW
Reports to: Care Manager Facility: 146 Beds

An exciting opportunity awaits you at our state-of-the-art aged care facility, conveniently located just 4 kilometers from Gosford, NSW.
As a Clinical Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of our residents by coordinating and overseeing clinical care services. Join a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing the lives of those in our care.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Care Manager to develop and implement care plans. đź“‹ Coordinate and monitor clinical services to meet the individual needs of residents. Foster a compassionate and supportive environment for residents, families, and staff. Regularly evaluate and update care protocols to maintain the highest standards. Assist in staff training and development to enhance overall care quality.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration
Previous experience in aged care coordination or a similar role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of aged care regulations and standards.
