ABOUT THE ROLE:As a member of the Clinical Safety & Quality Section, The Clinical Care and Information Officer works to further the goals of providing the highest quality clinical care, client feedback and information management services. Ensuring that cases identified as complex or high-risk are referred to the appropriate Open Arms office for follow-up and connection to support services.Coordinating the acquisition of organisational legal advice in relation to clinicalservices.Liaison with internal and external stakeholders in relation to clinical and legal follow-up actions.Provision of high level clinical guidance and advice.Support a range of clinical and legal quality improvement activities.Assist in the development of clinical program policy advice and procedures.
