Randstad are seeking suitably skilled candidates for a Clinic Receptionist within the Health care and Medical sector on the Gold Coast. We are looking for applicants with strong data entry and computer skills, a high level of customer service and a details-focused approach. Ideal candidates will also be able to deliver great service and be able to handle situations with sensitivity and care, with special consideration for patient privacy. Medical background is desired with immediate availability.
... Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Organise appointments for patients, both face to face and over the phone
- Managing new booking enquiries and scheduling existing bookings
- Field inbound phone calls to the appropriate team member where required
- Issue invoices to patients (bulk billing where required)
- Assist doctors and nurses with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying and data entry
- Maintain reception area and ensure patients are kept well informed of delays etc that may occur
