Our Client is an innovative technology company who specialise in a real-time rewards software platform in the retail industry. They are currently looking for a Client Support Guru.

The main purpose of the role is to be the first point of contact for all issues that arise from both internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

  • Offer concise and clear resolutions to clients issues to ensure integrity is maintained
  • Proactively retain existing client relationships by providing excellent customer service
  • Be able to effectively troubleshoot client’s technical issues
  • Act as an escalation point to the 3rd level technical team
  • Document known issues and follow company processes

Skills & Experience

  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire to provide exceptional levels of customer service
  • Previous experience in a client technical support role
  • Excellent investigative and problem solving skills
  • Strong commitment and attitude towards service delivery
