Due to business growth, multiple opportunities exist to join an industry leading superannuation fund within their member service team. This role will see you handling enquiries via phone, email and web chat in relation to members and employers accounts providing general advice and account updates. This an exciting opportunity to kick start your career within superannuation, if you pride yourself on delivering a superior customer experience, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and previous experience within a customer service based role we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle enquiries from members and employers via phone, email and web chat
  • Provide product and account information, assist with online system navigation and general updates
  • Provide members and employers general phone based advice
  • Drive member engagement by asking exploring questions
  • Maintain superior level of customer service to all customers
  • Build strong working internal and external relationships
  • Update and maintain records in order to ensure a high level of service with every interaction
  • Provide internal referrals to Advisers and Planners when required
  • Drive retention strategies for existing members

Selection Criteria

  • Previous experience working in a contact centre or customer service based role
  • Excellent phone manner and a passion for delivering superior service
  • Previous experience within financial services will be highly regarded
  • Knowledge of superannuation industry and products will be highly regarded
  • Available to work on a roster Monday – Friday between 8am – 6pm
  • Available to attend an assessment centre 4th December
