Company Overview

This an exciting opportunity to join a respected fintech firm as they open their Melbourne office within their Client Services team. With offices established in New Zealand, Europe and Asia they are expanding into Melbourne and are looking for driven and passionate financial services professionals to join them on this journey. This is a truly unique opportunity to join a company as it is being established and grow with it. Day to day this role will see you handling inbound enquiries from clients and assisting with requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound calls from customers, advisers and employers
  • Provide information on products/services
  • Assist with online platform support and account information
  • Manage email correspondence and respond to enquiries within SLA’s
  • Develop indepth product knowledge
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
  • General administration tasks as required

Selection Criteria

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in a phone based role within financial services
  • Knowledge of superannuation or investment operations is essential
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • RG146 qualification
  • Strong focus on delivering a superior client experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Flexible and adaptable
