The role

Randstad is currently seeking an experienced and reliable Client Service Officer to ensure our client's Recreation Centre meets contemporary group accommodation facility standards through the provision of high quality client service, operations and cleaning. Position available on the Sunshine Coast, average of 20 - 25 hours per week, centre operates 7 days a week, above award wage.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Deliver excellent service to all clients through high quality direction and advice
  • Co-ordinate after hours security and client welfare issues
  • Detailed cleaning of all Recreation Centre facilities including accommodation, ablution blocks and indoor facilities
  • Operate effectively and collaboratively as a team member as well as an individual
  • Be able to communicate effectively and give clear instructions to clients
  • Good attention to detail and can work unsupervised
  • Trustworthy
  • Must be able to adhere to Stringent Procedures, Policies and Protocols
  • Adaptability and a Willingness to Learn
  • Physically fit
  • Energetic, Motivated and Driven

Mandatory requirements

  • Possession of a current Positive Notice Blue Card (Type P) for Child Related Employment (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Possession of a current Queensland Drivers Licence
  • Must be available to work a variety shifts between 6am & 9pm 7 days.
