THE FIRM:

An exciting opportunity now exists to join a progressive professional services firm in the Newcastle area. With offices nationally and a very established presence in locally, this firm is well known for their innovative approach and being at the forefront of their industry. They are now looking for a Client Services Officer to support part of their wealth team on a permanent, full-time basis.

AS CLIENT SERVICES OFFICER YOU WILL BE:

  • Providing key support to one adviser and back up support to another two all within Risk
  • Assisting with client enquiries
  • Organising meeting room as required
  • Maintaining Financial Planning database
  • Maintaining documentation templates as well as filing systems
  • Completing necessary documentations to implement SOA's
  • Assisting with ROA's
  • Preparing client reviews and new client packs
  • Fact finding & conducting research for the advisers
  • Lodging applications
  • Communicating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing administrative assistance to the team as required

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • You have 3+ years experience in a similar role working within Financial Planning
  • Your XPlan experience is a strong advantage
  • You have exceptional communication skills
  • You have previous experience within Risk, Insurance and Investment products
  • You're looking for a long term and stable position where you can utilise your skills and be an asset to your team
