    • Capable of learning new software's and database management systems
    • Eager to learn and expand your industry knowledge
    • Xplan experience is beneficial

    The duties of the Client Services Officer will include but not be limited to:

    • Liaising with clientele
    • Data entry with attention to detail
    • Ensuring company database is always up to date with client details and documentation
    • Paperwork management, handling and filing
    • Inbound and outbound calls
    • Diary management
    • Processing client correspondence and invoicing
    • General Administrative duties
