A NSW Government agency is currently looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist specifically looking after Professional Services.Responsibilities:Manage the full lifecycle of a complex procurement/sourcing project to deliver value for money outcomesProvide end to end procurement services including but not limited to developing procurement strategies and RFx documentation, conducting RFx evaluation, negotiating and drafting/issuing contracts and GIPA noticesManage source to contract activities, whilst ensuring guidance is provided across stakeholders, tender evaluations and preparing recommendations.Conduct contract negotiations and prepare documentation for final consolidation and award.Provide support to pricing reviews and contract re-negotiation, manage performance reviews, resolving supplier performance matters and incidentsProvide strategies for dealing with contractual issues and variations as they are raised, and consult with the businessReporting directly to the Procurement Manager and working closely with the leadership team.
