Company Overview

An exciting opportunity to join a boutique specialist lender within their portfolio support team managing high net worth clients. This role will see you working alongside the senior investor relations consultant handling client enquiries, assisting with the management of a portfolio of new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client enquiries via phone and email
  • On-board new clients and maintain existing records
  • Process client requests within SLA’s
  • Manage client reporting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Build and grow business relationships across the portfolio
  • Liaise with external stakeholders and build strong working relationships
  • Assist with client marketing concepts
  • General administration tasks as required

Selection Criteria

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience within financial services
  • Knowledge of investments or funds management
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
