The role

Randstad is currently seeking an experienced and reliable Client Service Officer / Cleaner to ensure our client's Recreation Centre meets contemporary group accommodation facility standards through the provision of high quality cleaning, client service and operations. Position available on the Sunshine Coast, up to 16 hours per week.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Detailed cleaning of all Recreation Centre facilities including accommodation, ablution blocks and indoor facilities
  • Deliver excellent service to all clients through high quality direction and advice
  • Co-ordinate after hours security and client welfare issues
  • Operate effectively and collaboratively as a team member as well as an individual
  • Be able to communicate effectively and give clear instructions to clients
  • Good attention to detail and can work unsupervised
  • Trustworthy
  • Must be able to adhere to Stringent Procedures, Policies and Protocols
  • Adaptability and a Willingness to Learn
  • Physically fit
  • Energetic, Motivated and Driven

Mandatory requirements

  • Possession of a current Positive Notice Blue Card (Type P) for Child Related Employment (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Possession of a current Queensland Drivers Licence
  • Must be available to work a variety shifts between 6am & 9pm 7 days, in particular Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
