Client Service Officer roles are currently available in a Federal Government Department. These roles will assist with a range of administrative functions related to processing of client reimbursements for Medical Expenses Privately Incurred, and manual health provider payments.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

· ability to multi task and adapt to change

· demonstrated ability to prioritise and adhere to time frames

· strong customer service focus to both internal and external clients

· excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills

· ability to articulate decisions in writing

· previous claims for benefits processing or strong administrative experience

· sound judgement and good decision making skills

· work well within a team

This role works with clients from a variety of backgrounds, some of whom may be vulnerable people with mental health concerns. Sensitivity and lack of biase is essential to the proper delivery of services to the clients.
