job description

Phone based and face-to-face opportunities available to work within a high volume contact centre based in Liverpool, working with vulnerable people and assisting with their needs.

Duties and accountabilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing assistance to clients either face-to-face or over the phone;
  • Relating information to clients in regards to the department’s services and products;
  • Interpreting and applying standards, legislation, policy and guidelines as required;
  • Inbox management;
  • Making outbound calls for surveys and check-ins with existing clients;
  • Providing administrative support and keeping databases updated;
  • Maintaining confidentiality, accuracy and integrity at all times.

Sounds interesting? We need to see the following from you:

  • Experience in a similar call centre environment or dealing with clients face-to-face;
  • Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Sensitivity and experience with working with a diverse range of people with complex needs;
  • Ability to assess and identify risks;
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation;
  • Tech-savvy and the ability to use multiple systems (especially microsoft based)

There are a couple of different roles available, which will be discussed in further detail if you are shortlisted for this position. We are looking for candidates to start across varying dates in May and June 2019 and contract lengths/available shifts may vary.
