They are currently seeking a motivated and passionate Customer Service Officer who will maintain the high service value their clients expect.

Purpose of Role:

The purpose of the role is to provide and develop strong relationships with our customers by providing and maintaining our client’s high quaity level of Customer Service & Administration duties. This role is the first point of contact within the business, both on online and over phone.

As a skilled Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service support
  • Provide specialised advice and information on all company products and services
  • New client setup and existing client management and support
  • Administration and switchboard duties
  • Performing Quality Audio Sound Checks and reporting to clients weekly
  • Respond to client problems/issues and provide solutions and recommendations with your strong interpersonal skills
  • Managing own work responsibilities and workload in a timely and efficient manner
  • Participate in other tasks and contribute to the development, achievement and continuous improvement of the team

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Top level Phone Customer Service Support for all inbound calls
  • Provide specialised advice and information on all Company products and services; respond to client problems/issues within own functional area utilising a high degree of interpersonal skills.
  • Performing Audio Quality Sound Checks and reporting for all clients weekly
  • New Client Setup; Existing client management/support
  • CRM system update and reporting; maintaining client records
  • Inventory/Stock – reconciliation/control of Equipment when returned
  • Second level phone based equipment installation and fault support
  • To perform specialised or non-routine tasks or features of the work upon request by Management team.
  • Supporting Operations Manager & Sales Manager

Characteristics / Required Attributes:

  • Previous Call Centre, Reception & Customer Service Experience or alternative
  • Phone Experience Essential
  • Excellent organisational skills; ability to multi-task and work within a busy office environment
  • Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Suite)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional phone manner
  • Strong administration skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving ability
  • Ability to take initiative; work autonomously and within a team environment
  • Ability to provide assistance/guidance to other members of the same team
  • A reliable and professional work attitude
  • Experience with management support
