Description:

The role of 'Client Service Manager' is a key role in the customer experience for ELC clients. They hold a key relationship role within the business and must be enablers for our clients to ensure a positive client experience. They enhance ELC effectiveness and customer experience by providing processing of client property inquiries and ongoing services.

Main responsibilites:

  • Manage client relationships through the processing stages of their loan structure and strategy.
  • Work with referral partnerships and alliances.
  • Manage the ongoing relationships and handover of clients.
  • Review credit documentation to ensure its fulfillment and complies with bank policy.
  • Completes daily tasks in a timely manner in line with ELC process and policy.
  • Problem solving of client questions or various matter raised through out and post the loan process.
  • Answering of client, bank and business partner communications in a timely and professional manner.
  • Pipeline management. Working with the management on managing both new and existing client’s sales via conversion service levels and time SLAs.
  • Liaise with banking representatives such as Credit, BDMs, operations to meet our customer requirements in a professional manner
  • Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies as required.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Must-haves in order to apply:

  • Tertiary qualified in a Banking, Business, Finance or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2or more years’ experience with loan administration in relation banking/finance/mortgage broking
  • Sound understanding of Australian banking credit and process
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills essential
  • Ability to work in high pressured environment and meet tight deadlines
